At Satellite Applications Catapult, I explored how local authorities depend on satellite-based Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) in their services. I reframed technical risk around service continuity and designed tools to help non-technical teams identify its impact.

I investigated why internal mobility breaks down in retail banking despite existing reskilling programmes. I reframed the problem around earlier career decisions and designed FutureForge to support role exploration and transition.

In partnership with the UK Ministry of Justice, we explored how youth rehabilitation might need to change by 2040. I used futures methods to identify early intervention opportunities and translate them into a new rehabilitation service model.
